I made up this suspended shelf and placed it above my main workbench.
Micrometers, other measuring tools and small hand tools can be stored more safely but remain ready to hand. The bench remains a lot clearer. Make yours very strong and suspend it securely though!
Also notice the low energy light bulbs, perfect for keeping the Electricity bill in check.
The second thing to note is the twin plug socket placed on the ceiling - This powers everthing on the bench, keeping the power cable off the floor.
No tripping hazard! The HSE will love me for this (Yeah right....!)
Keep that workbench just a little bit safer and more useable!
